Gretchen Lium, Founder & President
Gretchen Lium has over 20 years of broadly diversified Wall Street experience in investor relations, private equity fundraising, institutional equity research, institutional equity sales, corporate finance, and entrepreneurship.
Most recently, Ms. Lium served as Head of Investor Relations - Americas for IFC's Asset Management Company, a member of the World Bank Group. Since 2009, IFC AMC has raised $10 billion across 16 private equity funds.
The World Bank Group (WBG) is a family of five international organizations including the International Finance Corporation (IFC) which was founded in 1956. The WBG, headquartered in Washington, D.C., is the largest and best-known development bank in the world and an observer at the United Nations Development Group. The WBG provided around $117.5 billion in loans and assistance to "developing" and transition countries in fiscal 2024. The bank's stated mission is to achieve the twin goals of ending extreme poverty and building shared prosperity.
Ms. Lium set the tone for excellence early in her career by spearheading a proactive investor relations program at Intel where she led a successful global shareholder targeting program. In the mid 1990s, she joined Hambrecht & Quist as an institutional equity research analyst. At Hambrecht & Quist, Ms. Lium played a critical role in several notable IPOs including Netscape, UUnet, QLogic, Siebel, etc.
Leveraging her analytical skills, she transitioned into institutional equity sales and was named “Best Overall Sales” by Institutional Investor while working with Stifel, Nicolaus. Over her career, Ms. Lium has established working relationships with buy-side institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and the financial media.
Ms. Lium’s corporate finance experience includes positions with Kidder, Peabody in New York and NASDAQ where she served as Managing Director of Capital Markets & Global Listings.
Within the private sector, Ms. Lium served as CEO and CFO of a multi-million retail operation which she bought out of bankruptcy. Through her leadership, the business was profitable in the first year of operations. She was instrumental in recruiting and building a talented team. The business was later sold for 8x invested capital. Ms. Lium also worked with Steve Jobs at NeXT Computer.
Ms. Lium earned an MBA from Harvard Business School, an M.A. in Economics from Emory University, and a BA in Economics from Emory University. She has co-authored two articles published in the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta Review.
Agata Strzelichowski, Senior Vice President & COO
Agata Strzelichowski has more than 20 years of experience leading investor relations, client communication, and franchise development across global markets. Most recently as Senior Client Portfolio Manager at Invesco in New York, she represented one of the industry’s flagship emerging markets equity franchises to institutional and retail investors worldwide. She partnered with portfolio managers, sales, and distribution teams to drive global client engagement and investor relations - expanding assets and ensuring clear, consistent communication across all channels, including investor reports, media, marketing, and thought leadership.
During her experience as an investment professional and research analyst at Invesco, she worked closely with publicly listed companies and C-suite executives globally to understand corporate strategy, analyze investor materials, and evaluate long-term value drivers - strengthening the dialogue between management teams and the investment community.
Earlier at Invesco and Oppenheimer Funds, she led strategic product launches, cross-functional initiatives, and the development of investor communications supporting multi-billion-dollar global equity franchises. Her career began at Goldman Sachs - working in New York and London - where she advanced client solutions within global asset management and capital management for the firm’s corporate treasury. At Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM), she helped design and communicate multi-manager and single-manager investment solutions for high-net-worth and institutional clients, collaborating closely with portfolio managers, private wealth advisors, and institutional consultants. She delivered customized investment strategies, performance reporting, and thought leadership across both traditional and alternative asset
classes - building a strong foundation in investor communication, product positioning, and global relationship management.
She holds an Executive MBA degree from New York University Stern School of Business, a B.A. degree in Economics from Columbia University, and an M.A. in German from the University of Warsaw, Poland. Fluent in four languages and a dual U.S.–EU citizen, she brings a global perspective and deep experience in investor relations and cross-border client engagement.
In 2024, she received the Medal of the National Education Commission from the Ministry of Education of Poland, recognizing her leadership in advancing education and stakeholder engagement - reflecting her professional focus on clear communication, relationship building, and fostering long-term success.
Jeff Zajkowski, Advisor
Jeff Zajkowski is an industry generalist having worked with industrial companies (GM $23bn IPO, $1bn Tech Resources Block Trade), financial institutions (Numerous banks, insurance companies and GSE’s during the financial crisis), energy companies ($2bn Anadarko Petroleum Block Trade), Healthcare (Royalty Pharma $2bn IPO), and TMT ($20bn T-Mobile dual tranche offering, $1bn Line Corp IPO.).
Most recently, Jeff served as Managing Director and Head of Equity Capital Markets for the America’s for J.P. Morgan. The ECM business he managed consisted of a group of 100 bankers in the US and Brazil and generated approximately $2B in annual revenue. Over Jeff ‘s 22-year career with JP Morgan he advised issuer clients on equity financing alternatives in the public, private, and derivative capital markets, including IPOs, Follow-On financings, Block Trades, Convertible debt, SPACs, Acquisition Financings, and equity private placements.
Jeff also chaired J.P. Morgan’s Equity Commitments Committee that reviews and approves the firm’s participation in all equity underwriting transactions. In prior roles, he headed ECM for Asia pacific while based in Hong Kong.
Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Jeff spent the first twelve years of his career at Goldman Sachs working in both Interest Rate Derivatives as well as Equity Capital Markets. Jeff served as Managing Director and oversaw Goldman Sach’s Equity Capital Markets, Equity-linked Desk. In this role he developed derivative solutions for large cap technology clients, including hedging crossholdings and share repurchase strategies. Jeff also led Goldman Sach’s Interest Rate Derivative Marketing where he advised investment grade corporate debt issuers on interest rate and currency risk management strategies including interest rate swaps, UST hedging, and currency swaps
Earlier in his career, Jeff served as Managing Director at Merrill Lynch, where he originated and executed equity linked financing and equity derivative solutions for corporate clients
Jeff has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS from The Wharton School.
